played this on a 3 scary games, wasn’t traditionally scary, but the oxygen system, and not being able to see much underwater was very atmospheric!

Fantastic game, 10/10. The atmosphere is eerie, the sounds are spooky, and the gameplay is chilling. No surprise jump scares at all, it's just you and the very dark, open ocean.

An amazing game even thoigh there is not anything in this game over than yourself. It truly aces the atmospheric aspect to it.

Excellent game, reminded me of Lethal Company but underwater ->

Hey! Great game was very confusing and I did not believe the whole "no threats" thing, from the moment I started to the end I was waiting for something. Having Thalassophobia does not help at all. 8/10

Just what i needed to relax, very good game.

I'm not able to play it on desktop sadly ):

Very intense and atmospheric.

Very ominous gameplay! Was confused at a couple parts but I actually enjoyed the game!! *anything said in the video was purely for entertainment purposes*

Awesome game, amazing atmosphere, one of the better games I've played in a while!

Very interesting atmosphere.

While playing I even forgot I was playing ;) Really good stuff to chill and relax :)

Pretty spooky, even with just the atmosphere.

Any chance for this game is coming to Steam?

Nice game with a spooky atmosphere. Enjoyed it!

Hey! I included this in a big "Iron Lung"-adjacent games roundup. Here's a link to that:

The atmosphere that this game IMMEDIATELY created was astounding

Although there were no jumpscares, the eeriness and atmosphere scared the crap out of me!

The undersea cables are organic no matter how you look at it...

I screamed when I found the body of my predecessor, meow!

Was spooked the whole time cuz i was expecting a jumpscare, well done!

Hey I just gave this game a little shout-out during my appearance on the Retro Hour Podcast:https://theretrohour.com/terrorbytes-evolution-of-horror-video-games-ep403/

I'm actually looking for a way to contact the developer regarding the documentary I spoke about in the above. Your Twitter DMs are closed and I can't find an email. Is there any way to contact you at all?

Hey, I wasn't aware of my Twitter DMs being closed. You should be able to send a message now.

Thanks! You should have a message request from me now. Twitter won't let you know since we aren't mutuals but there should be a folder you can click on that it'll be hidden away in.

😊👍

Gave it a Let's Play

One of the cables is under the map.

Really loved this! Definitely terrifying making a long journey to a cable as the oxygen level depletes, really had me on my toes the entire time. Made a video on it.

Looks really cool looking forward to playing the game, I use Playnite and cropped a Steam Hero, Steam Capsule and a Steam Logo from the atmospheric images on this page.

I hope it is okay that I include them here?

I really enjoyed this game! Something about being at the bottom of the ocean surrounded by water and not being able to do anything in case the worst happens is quite maddening! It made me so anxious just thinking about possible jumpscares, but the eeriness due to how quiet it is was unsettling! Would love to know how the world ended up like this! Awesome job!

I absolutely loved this, the atmosphere, the mysteries, the sound design (it’s genius). When I started, I was convinced I’d never make it but it’s forgiving and fun but still thrilling when you get lost, I was on edge the entire time. The only thing I’d have wished for was more oomph for the ending, I worked so hard and didn’t even get cake :D

That was really cool, I liked it! Good balance of tension and relaxation.

Well done, that was cool! Short notes for your consideration, I couldn't exit the game with ESC or something, I had to alt Tab. Also I believe that the oxygen tank needs no typewriter sound, no sound at all, the text is enough to keep us in the immersion.

Really cool short game, love the vibe! The fear that something could be there means it can be creepy without needing there to actually be anything there and the cable in the maze had me spooked. Great work!

One thing you might want to add is just a way to close the game or the game autoclosing after 10 seconds when you hit the "The End" screen so the user doesn't have to tab out to manually close the window. Other than that awesome work especially with addressing small issues so quickly! :)

Absolutely loved the "atmosphere" in this game if you'll pardon the pun. Genuinely made me feel more unsettled than any other game I've played in years.

the game was good

Its a good idea for a game but you cant get the oxygen and die in 5mins. if that was fixed it would be awesome to record

Hey, you can refill your oxygen by presssing A (on gamepad) or space (on keyboard) while facing the oxygen machine.

Cheers ill try again

when I hit space while moving around it will toggle the invert axis option and then I can't untoggle it all and all my movement keys get flipped in terms of direction

I updated the game, it should be fixed now.

thank you! working smoothly now

Looks and sounds absolutely fantastic. Sadly it's not playable for me  for now because there's no option to invert Y axis. Is that something that could be added with a future update?

(+1)

Sure, I'll add it in the next update.

aw hel ye, salvation!

It's up!

Haha, oh no! Maybe I should been more specific, I meant inverting the Y axis for looking around. Looks like ticking the option you added now inverts the movement stick (but also movement on WASD), but not the right stick/mouse looking up/down

+1, simply a relaxing underwater cable repair simulator

I can't seem to get past the "Press A/Space to start." screen. Pressing 'A' and 'space' don't seem to be doing anything

Whoops, fixed it. Should work now.
